2nd line Support Engineer
This role will form part of a growing technology department where you'll have the opportunity to progress and work on lots of varied projects and tasks. Our ideal person will be an experienced Support Technician from a Managed Service Provider background. You will assist in developing the support team’s technical knowledge and be able to communicate clearly and regularly with both the customer and the account manager on progress made on issues raised. A passion for IT and providing outstanding customer service is essential.
The 2nd Line Engineer position provides exposure to a broad range of IT related projects and activities. As part of the team you will also have the opportunity to help improve the firms systems, procedures and knowledge base by contributing and collaborating.
