Evander is a market-leading company operating in the U.K. We are specialists in delivering a broad range of temporary and emergency services to protect properties and assets.
In this role you will manage client relationships on a portfolio of accounts, ensuring maximum exposure within client functional teams, supporting our delivery of outstanding customer service and client satisfaction. Effective and timely client engagement, communication & challenge will drive the proactive management of client relationships to ensure alignment of strategic objectives, longevity of contract tenure while a proactive approach to “in the moment transactional focus” will ensure any emerging trends or concerns are swiftly identified, resolved and recurrence mitigated. You will be the internal voice of our clients and customers.
You will collate and provide reports and data in line with contractual service level agreements. Commenting on evolving and emerging commodity and market trends. With a keen eye for detail you will facilitate, support monitor and communicate activities within Evander to ensure clients’ governance, protocols, philosophies and audit requirements are met as a minimum and exceeded where possible.
You will also work with the Sector Director to develop client specific account plan objectives to leverage maximum share of wallet, while identifying new opportunities and risks within your allocated portfolio.
