In this role you will manage client relationships on a portfolio of accounts, ensuring maximum exposure within client functional teams, supporting our delivery of outstanding customer service and client satisfaction. Effective and timely client engagement, communication & challenge will drive the proactive management of client relationships to ensure alignment of strategic objectives, longevity of contract tenure while a proactive approach to “in the moment transactional focus” will ensure any emerging trends or concerns are swiftly identified, resolved and recurrence mitigated. You will be the internal voice of our clients and customers.

You will collate and provide reports and data in line with contractual service level agreements. Commenting on evolving and emerging commodity and market trends. With a keen eye for detail you will facilitate, support monitor and communicate activities within Evander to ensure clients’ governance, protocols, philosophies and audit requirements are met as a minimum and exceeded where possible.

You will also work with the Sector Director to develop client specific account plan objectives to leverage maximum share of wallet, while identifying new opportunities and risks within your allocated portfolio.

What to expect:

  • Manage client relationships on a portfolio of accounts, drive outstanding customer service and client satisfaction
  • Communicating to clients clearly and addressing their concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise
  • Establish a robust operating rhythm with clients, including monthly quarterly and annual supplier review meetings
  • Prepare and report monthly performance in line with contractual SLA’s with supporting evidence and commentary
  • Facilitate governance activities throughout the year, from internal/external/closed file audits, regulatory, CSR and IT Security audit/assessments
  • Liaise and communicate with the wider Evander business to drive client governance, philosophies and protocols, to ensure audit requirements can be met
  • Ensure client and Evander stakeholders are kept current and updated on all philosophies and protocols as per client requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of managing a portfolio of accounts whilst delivering excellent customer service
  • Proven experience in dealing with property claims either insurance or supplier based
  • Proven experience of collating and delivering reports
  • Ability to build strong & effective relationships in a timely manner across internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to build and develop excellent working relationships.
  • Credible and comfortable in dealing with colleagues of all levels
