Role Purpose

This is an exciting and challenging role within Evander where you will be responsible for team members within the Central Operations Team, managing road, rail and air Sustainable Business unit accounts.

You will perform against financial KPIs and project plans, ensuring a cohesive and organised approach within your team to perform consistently to target.

This will be a fast paced and varied role where you will be required to carry out many tasks to strict timescales as well as working closely with suppliers, contractors, and all members of the Sustainable Business Unit, reporting directly into the Central Operations Manager.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

  • To line manage selective team members within the Central Operations Team
  • To manage your teams daily/monthly output and ensure that client specific KPI’s are achieved. Focus should be on but not limited to: timely customer engagement and application processing, survey bookings, TIP/CIP production, pricing and ordering to ensure sufficient flow of jobs to the planning team, invoicing, assurance completion and all other client specific requirements
  • To attend supplier and contractor meetings as required, to ensure they are working to specified plans, maintain relationship, and align goals
  • To feedback any supplier performance concerns to the Central Operations Manager
  • Set up and put into action delivery plans as outlined by the Central Operations Manager
  • Manage smooth implementation of delivery plans across the team, and adherence to the plans on an ongoing basis
  • Reporting progress and KPI achievements weekly to the Central Operations Manager and wider Business Unit team.
  • Dealing with invoicing queries from Evander Accounts team in a timely manner
  • Liaising with installation teams and National Installation Manager fielding queries as required
  • Ensuring console and SharePoint internal systems are maintained and up to date
  • To ensure timely invoicing and preparation of monthly submission for the review of the Central Operations Manager
  • To demonstrate excellent personal organisation and adherence to processes.
  • To always comply with Health & Safety requirements.
  • To keep in line with the companies Right First Time and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Experience and Personal Attributes

Essential:

  • Experience of working on large contracts relating to installations whereby multiple contractors are involved
  • Able to work independently and on own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable, polite, tolerable, and determined
  • A keen interest in compliance and adherence to processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • An understanding of regulations which fall under Fenestration works, and knowledge of products associated with the works

Desirable:

  • Full UK/EU driving licence
  • Previous Evander experience
  • Experience with Government funded schemes, housing association and local authority funded works.
