  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to be able to communicate face to face, over the telephone and be E – Mail.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a fluctuating workload
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to use your own initiative.
