Evanders Partners Manager
Evander is a market-leading company operating in the U.K. We are specialists in delivering a broad range of temporary and emergency services to protect properties and assets.
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of Evander Partners working closely and collaboratively with the core Evander business. You will be responsible for the effective management of triage, appointment, pricing, and client authorisation processes and will also maintain client and site communication where applicable and within given SLAs.
You will ensure that where possible, instructions to Evander Partners are made on the Work Engine platform minimising duplication of data input and increasing compliance at all available opportunities. Acting as a point of contact for all Evander Partner-related enquires and escalations where necessary.
You will liaise with key internal stakeholders including the FM&P Helpdesk, Pricing and Operations to ensure timely progression of jobs. Working closely with the Sales team to ensure that client specific requirements are met/challenged where appropriate.
You will proactively seek opportunities to create additional value by promoting and advocating relevant Evander services and working closely with the Evander Partners Network Manager and Evander Partners Director to create additional opportunities.
