As a Field Operations Manager, you will be leading the day to day delivery of service excellence, ensuring quality, productivity and legislative standards are achieved. In addition to this, you will be identifying shortfalls to targets and seek solutions to minimise the risk of delivery failures, while promoting and supporting professional local advisory and customer service excellence culture within the existing customer base.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a fluctuating workload
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to use your own initiative.
