Guarding Administrator

VPS is an award-winning, industry-leading company providing security solutions to the UK vacant property, site security, and traffic management markets.

Role Purpose:

As Guarding Administrator, you will be responsible for communicating with internal customers and 3rd party suppliers to ensure that all Guarding requests are fulfilled, and that any issues found on site are reported to customers in a timely manner so that they can be resolved.

What to expect:

  • To answer incoming calls and emails professionally and in line with the SLA’s.
  • To allocate work requests to 3rd party suppliers
  • Communicate urgent issues to customers via phone and email ensuring all required information is provided within SLA’s
  • To record and action, any complaints raised
  • MI reporting

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks and good multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential both orally and written. Able to communicate at all levels both face to face and over the telephone and the ability to send documentation via e-mail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft packages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a fluctuating workload.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to use own initiative.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
