Location: Manchester

We are one of the UK’s leading Vacant Property Solution companies, we are searching for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to implement and deliver the Environmental, Social and Governance strategy, along with Business Partnering key stakeholders for Group functions ensuring HR support for their colleagues.

We are looking to speak with people who have experience and passion in this area to confidently work with both internal and external stakeholders and assist / advise when implementing their people plans. You must be hands on within this role and be confident in delivery.

This is a senior role within a fast-growing business and we have an ambitious plans for both the ESG and People agenda.

What to expect:

  • To act as HR Business Partner for Group level colleagues, predominantly the Finance and IT functions working with key stakeholders to support the implementation of their People Plans and be point of contact of HR advice
  • To act as the Group conduit to propel the people agenda for growth initiatives such as providing support, advice and tools to maintain traction on: Inclusion; Values; Culture Statement and HR input into the CSR agenda
  • To ensure visibility, diligence and a managed process for IR35 element of contractors across the Group
  • To support the timely production of Senior Management Team bonus schemes and communication
  • Support the HR element of any Due Diligence processes
  • Project manage / support HR Post Merger Integration (ie contract review & alignment), involvement in comms / town halls (working alongside HR teams – acting as an additional resource) on any acquisitions
  • Attend monthly meetings and contribute to driving continuous improvement on the people agenda across the Group
  • Support on cross-UK benefits review (ie Project work to support HR leads)
  • Progress ESG and CSR agenda (focusing on information to share with customers and to use in recruitment)
  • Maintain ESG action plan and keep updated

What we are looking for:

  • Experience within a Senior HR position focused around Environmental, Social and Governance or Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Proven track record with Internal and External stakeholder management across all levels
  • Sound knowledge of HR Process
  • Attention to details and results orientated
  • Confident and Knowledgeable
  • Reporting/analysis of implemented processes and tracking
  • Experience managing projects
  • Self-starter with a “doer” attitude
  • Ambition to progress and develop knowledge
  • Team player
  • Ideally CIPD qualified with a relevant qualification
