Inspections Administrator (UK Inspections)

VPS is an award-winning, industry–leading company providing security solutions to the UK vacant property, site security, and traffic management markets.

Role Purpose:

As Inspections Administrator, you will be supporting the UK Inspections team in providing a first class inspections service. You will be responsible for communicating with internal inspectors, 3rd party suppliers and customer to ensure that all issues found are escalated to customers in a timely manor so that they can be resolved. You will also carry out quality reviews on inspections completed, ensuring all reports are completed with accuracy.

What to expect:

  • To answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner and in line with the SLA’s.
  • Review completed inspections ensuring quality and compliance is monitored and report any non-conformance to Management team
  • Communicate urgent issues to customers via phone and email ensuring all required information is provided within SLA’s
  • Key Holding duties

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks and good multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential both orally and written. Able to communicate at all levels both face to face and over the telephone and the ability to send documentation via e-mail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft packages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a fluctuating workload.
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to use own initiative.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
