The Role:
The Operations support agent plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of network partners within the supply chain. This position involves managing relationships, providing guidance on operational processes, ensuring efficient collaboration, actively participating in scheduling and mobilising new work instructions in the Link system, maintaining data accuracy within the system and the adherence to supplier performance against their SLA and customer requirements.
What to Expect:
- Network Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with network partners, serving as the primary point of contact for operational queries and concerns.
- Performance Optimisation: Collaborate with network partners to identify areas for performance improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Process Guidance: Provide guidance to network partners on operational processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues in a timely manner, coordinating with internal teams and network partners to maintain smooth operations.
- Performance Metrics: Ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) for network partners are adhered to. Collaborate with third-party vendors to optimize their performance and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Collaboration: collaboration between network partners and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination across the supply chain.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on the performance of network partners, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and proposed action plans.
- Work Scheduling and Mobilization: Scheduling new work, mobilising and terminating work instructions in the Link system.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure and maintain data accuracy within the system, conducting regular audits and checks to uphold the integrity of information.

Essential:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using the multiple systems.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Previous experience in Security
- Experience managing network partners
