To assist with ensuring all UK based employees in the VPS Group of companies are paid accurately and on time each month.

What to expect:

  • Ensure accurate calculations are used for, but not limited to, gross and net pay, overtime bonus, sickness, tax, NI
  • Ensure prompt payments are made to relevant authorities
  • Calculate, and pay Furlough/Ad Hoc schemes when necessary
  • Assist with the accurate calculations and submissions of annual P11D’s and PSA’s
  • Assist with Resolving payroll related overpayments and underpayments
  • Maintaining payroll inbox responding to queries in a timely manner, liaising with other teams/departments
  • Assist with production and development of regular and ad-hoc reports to confirm accuracy of payroll and expenses to provide useful and proactive information to both colleagues and manager
  • Assist with the management and development of the “Payroll” side of MYHR
  • Identify and deliver improvements which benefit the company and colleagues, including but not limited to; tax savings, speed of processing and service
  • Assist with the Develop and maintain key policies and processes which underpin an effective payroll function

  • Minimise risk of mistakes and incorrect payments in processes managed by Payroll

  • Assist with submission of annual payroll reports incl. P11d and PSA.
