Regional Coordination Manager

Close working with Central Operations teams, Planning and Operations Managers to ensure consistent day to day delivery of high quality customer service in the Region through effective planning and co-ordination, ensuring that performance is achieved and maintained with regards to service, efficiency and revenue.

What to expect:

  • To ensure quality planning and deployment is undertaken in order to maximise the contribution and productivity of all resources to include analysing real time service level impacts and proactively identifying potential issues before they occur.
  • To use Management Information effectively to drive desired results and to enhance the customer service experience across the region.
  • To communicate with the Regional Manager on all performance impacts and achievements to include workload trend, staffing requirements and KPIs.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to grow the revenue and own retention plans for key customers. Ensuring any new business is set up and mobilised effectively.
  • Work closely with Central Operations on all day to day operational matters and control all operating costs on a daily basis.
  • To oversee and ensure regional diaries are planned and managed to deliver in the most efficient, cost effective way, including management of WIP in order to deliver on regional revenue and efficiency KPIs.
  • To monitor, measure and report on operational issues across the business, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
  • To manage and monitor regional holiday planning to ensure optimal deployment of field resource at all times
  • To be regional focal point for complaints and failures, liaising with field and central operations to manage escalations and complaint resolutions.
  • To identify, manage and escalate to the Regional Manager any training gaps in the field operations teams
  • To plan and co-ordinate resource including requirements for outsourced supplementary labour both pro-actively and reactively
  • Management and co-ordination of shifts and activities to ensure maximal efficiency in deployment of field resource
