VPS is an award-winning, industry-leading company providing security solutions to the UK vacant property, site security, and traffic management markets.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for completing insurance-based SIA licenced inspections and Building Fabric inspections on vacant and live properties.

What we expect:

  • Complete Inspections to high standard ensuring detail is accurate
  • Checking properties are secure, wind and watertight and escalating issues to internal teams and customers when required
  • Driving a company vehicle safely and to a high standard

What we are looking for:

  • SIA licence holders – Security guard or Door supervisor essential
  • Good communicator
  • The ability to work alone
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Previous mobile patrol, alarm response, property inspector experience desirable
