Single Point of Contact Executive

We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our Point of Contact team, in this role you will be working hand in hand with the sales and operations departments and be a vital cog of our machine. A few duties include delivery of service jobs, booking jobs onto our BM system, SFDC quote generation and pushing for enhanced customer satisfaction.

What to expect:

  • Primary point of customer/public engagement - Phone/email response
  • In-bound lead progression - Solution creation, Quote issue, Revenue generation
  • Sales Support - SFDC administration, Quote generation
  • Order Processing - creation of work orders on BM system
  • Customer Experience - Complaint logging, Issue resolution
  • Up-selling - Additional product/service sales on existing orders
  • New Customer On-boarding - Issue welcome pack, Identify potential opportunity
  • Progression of work orders - optimised service delivery efficiency, right first time
  • Operational support - Phone availability/statistics

What we are looking for:

  • Understanding of factors that influence customer satisfaction and consistently high application
  • Knowledge of products/services, systems and work processes
  • Ability to work in partnership with field based sales colleagues to enhance customer journey
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - oral and written
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks and good multi-tasking skills aligned to role needs
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
