The Role:

The Resolution Support Agent is responsible for overseeing and resolving activities within the Link system, actively engaging with network partners to address any missed or overdue tasks in real time. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining an efficient and up-to-date supply chain, ensuring seamless operations and delivering the services required in a timely manner in line with customer SLA’s.

What to Expect:

  • Liaise with network partners to address and resolve missed and overdue activities in the Link system
  • Ensure real-time updates of activities within the Link system.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to the network partner team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the operations team and higher management as necessary.

Who are we looking for:

Essential:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external network partners.
  • Proficiency in using the multiple systems.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
  • Previous experience in Security industry.
  • Experience managing network partners.
