Role: Property Inspector

Location: Reading

Hours/Shift: 40 hours per week


VPS are a security solutions company within the vacant property, site security, and traffic management markets. The Head office, based in Manchester, has its own in-house Innovation Centre, and a world-class video monitoring station that supports both the UK and European operations across the whole Group.

As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections on a daily basis and report on all issues found on site. You will then provide and collate photographic evidence. You will ensure that all inspections are done on time, and to a high standard.

What we are looking for:

  • SIA License (ideally)Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills are essential both orally and written
  • Able to communicate at all levels both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Management of people and processes
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to present self in a professional manner when dealing with the customers and clients of the business.
